The heatmap shouldn't display some 'Unchecked' or other targets: Does the heatmap only display data that have pCHEMBL values, or all activity values? Examples are given below. screenshot 2018-11-07 at 11 33 51

  1. Target pref name is "Placeholder for assays where the target is a tissue/organism etc”:

Hi Fiona,

We are aware of these placeholders. And actually they can cause the download of huge amounts of unnecessary extra data for some queries. But I think that this must be solved from the database side.
