The state of mic is not correct

Hi When I close the popup the mic is always enabled and not recognize the correct sate. Please fix.

• reproductions steps,
• currrent behaviour
• expected behaviour.

I think I'm hitting the same problem - it looks like the extension just toggles the "mic off on join" state instead of making sure that it's off.

What I did when I started using the extension:

1. Opened the extension
2. Ticked on "No microphone at start" and "No camera at start"
3. Started a meeting
4. I see the "Mic" turn red (muted) then after a second or so it's back to "unmuted"
5. I leave the meeting

Since I suspect that the extension is just toggling the state, unticked the "No mucrophone at start" in the extension (left "no camera at start" ticked on, which is what I wanted the extension for) and now the meeting start with both microphone and camera off.
