Support commit entries

As mentioned in #19 , the extension only supports pull request entries. For some users it might be useful to also include commits between tags.

another - related - question: what about merge requests? My current workflow looks like this: I develop in a dev branch with possibly many commits. When everyting works as I want and all gh actions went green, I merge it with main. The commit entry of this merge would be my Changelog entry.

Would that be possible as well?

It's certainly something I can look at once I get to this issue!
