Followed the quick start and github deploy steps and it works now. eg: https://github.com/chefren/chefren.github.io

I recently installed the jenkins plugin and if I try such a setting, it fails eg: "TZ=UTC" Error: Invalid input: "TZ=UTC": line 1:1: unexpected char: 'T'

Can you confirm if the time in the settings will always be UTC, or will it be local to the jenkins Master?
