Redis cache flush required when changing the url of supermarket

Can we invalidate universe cache in redis when the url changes for supermarket? The cache valuse stay the same when the app values change.

Yes we should be able to do something like this in the (as of yet unreleased) Omnibus package cookbook.

We probably can use a notification on something like the nginx configs, which will depend on the FQDN.
