Package Supermarket in Habitat Packages

To allow Automate to deploy Supermarket, we need to package it in Habitat packages.

• Scaffolding, wrapper packages, and other Habitat best practices must be used where applicable and available.
• We should use the existing habitat/build and habitat/test patterns that we have in other projects, e.g. chef infra client.
• Any existing testing that we have that also works for these packages should be enabled, but creating new tests is out of scope.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Chef Habitat packages exist for for all Supermarket application components, including:
  • [ ] Supermarket Rails App
  • [ ] Supermarket Sidekiq worker
  • [ ] Supermarket Redis server
• [ ] Expeditor builds, uploads, and promotes these packages as part of any release
