chef_organization isn't fully idempotent

Similar problem to https://github.com/chef/cheffish/issues/83 but this time with chef_organization lwrp.

On subsequent runs it keeps reporting its removing guid for this organization.

* chef_organization[blackberry] action create
    - update organization blackberry at https://127.0.0.1:443
    -   remove guid
