Homebrew cask didn't update with promotion

The most recent promote ran the job without failure this time, which is a big win, but the job didn't actually create a PR:

my initial observation is that with the command brew bump-cask-pr this process has been automated in conjunction with the livecheck omnitruck URL

we can observe for upcoming release and conclude.
