Profile support across "chef" commands in inconsistent

While profiles are supported in the new chef commands, all older commands do not support them, resulting in an inconsistent UX and confusing usage.

The following chef commands do not support --profile:

• push
• push-archive
• show-policy
• clean-policy-revisions
• clean-policy-cookbooks
• delete-policy-group
• delete-policy
• undelete

This will probably fall under the broader category of "CLI Unification".
