replace Ubuntu 25.04 with 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon)
Description
Replace interim release 25.04 with 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon) (https://releases.ubuntu.com/26.04-snapshot1/).
25.04 is soon EOL and 26.04 has starting testing. Built test boxes are available at https://portal.cloud.hashicorp.com/vagrant/discover/konstruktoid

I don't like replacing an actively supported OS with a beta version. You can create new OS templates for 26.04. Normally we don't add beta versions but if there is a need for it I'm fine with adding them vs replacing an existing one. I won't be building them and uploading them to vagrant cloud under the bento org though till they are GA.
Totally understandable, I was more looking at is as replacing an soon to be EOL interim release with the next release (which happens to be a LTS).
I'll simply remove the old interim template files once it is EOL.
