run cookbook "push-jobs"

Steps to Reproduce:

Run cookbook "push-jobs" on AIX7 with Push Jobs Client 2.4.8 for IBM AIX. https://downloads.chef.io/push-jobs-client/2.4.8

Expected Result:

Finish install push-jobs on AIX.

Actual Result:

This cookbook does not support AIX yet.
