How to use delivery-truck without installing ChefAutomate?

AFAIK you can use delivery init -l for local mode. Local mode skips the review sections since you need delivery/automate server for this part.

Then you can run the delivery phases in local mode also delivery local unit, delivery local deploy etc.. <phase> Delivery phase to execute [values: unit, lint, syntax, provision, deploy, smoke, cleanup]
