Can't seem to successfully add video to custom wallpaper?

Hello!

I seem to be having issues with adding video to custom wallpaper. I chose the .mp4 I want to use, create the wallpaper and copy the folder over to the right spot but no new wallpapers are being displayed. Tried with a still image too, that worked well.

Any tips?

You need to have a wallpaper.jpg file. I just copied one from one of the other directories.

A fix I found was renaming the video file to video.mp4 and the wallpaper to wallpaper.jpg and also editing the config.

ah yeah, that seems to work. I guess the creator needs some more work :)

@fosspill there is a fix for this issue currently in the pipeline. The pull request just needs to be accepted. Can you please close this ticket?

@maxidoos842 Make sure you are adding a thumbnail. In our fork over at https://github.com/Komorebi-Fork/komorebi, we have this as a pending feature.
