Komorebi not working on fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

the komorebi is not launching. the wallpaper creator is working but is of no use because komorebi is not working.

UPDATE July 21 2023:

I finally installed Ubuntu 23.04, And we only need this command to make it work. You can also try it on previous Ubuntu release

sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-libav
