thank you for explaination. i understand changes in timestamps when copying between filesystems, where it may alter subseconds--this happen to me on my test, last 2 digit change to `00`...
thank you for considering and researching, please don't feel sad. please can i leave issue ticket open for small chance of future change? i am no expectation of ever subseconds...
