Abnormally slow horizontal scrolling behavior between columns on Firefox

When trying to horizontally scroll on multi-columns Phanpy with Firefox, you can actually only move from one column to one column at a time, making the navigation abnormally slow especially if you have a tons of columns. On Chromium-based browser this weird behavior doesn't apply, since you can scroll as fast as you want before the UI start to reposition itself to stick with a column.
