lists feature should be disabled when the server software doesn't support it

Pixelfed doesn't support lists but in Phanpy it shows that you can make them and then when you do gives you this error: Screenshot 2024-04-06 at 23 17 14

Tested on Phanpy Dev (2024.04.04.015ed5e) with Pixelfed.social (v0.11.13)

what would we need from @dansup for this error to be rectified? I guess some feature flags in the API response?

@wakest Lists should be hidden from the UI if you're logged in from a Pixelfed account (deployed on Phanpy few months ago). Are you still somehow seeing it?
