Nav menu not being opened in some cases

I'm unable to provide reproduce steps for this, but this happens fairly often. (It might be related with posts being loaded to feed somehow, but I have no proofs)

No logs in console and div.szh-menu-container not appended to DOM tree on click.

I'm seeing this too, still trying to find the cause.

I noticed that in situation it wasn't opened you can scroll around a little, then scroll to top (to make "feed refresh" event triggered) and menu will appear without a click
