Faster account switch

One nice feature I've seen in Tusky (Android Mastodon client) is the ability of open a post/tool as a different account. It's a 3 taps experience (menu, open as, select which account).

Doing the same with phanpy requires more operations:

1. Select toot
2. Click toot menu
3. Copy url
4. Go back to "home" ?
5. Click to menu
6. Accounts
7. Switch to new account
8. Click to menu
9. Search
10. Paste url

It would be nice to add a menu item to use at step 3 above to directly "open as another user"

It looks like steps 4-7 can be replaced with a long tap (on touchscreens) on the tip-left account icon, so current fastest path becomes:

1. Select toot
2. Click toot menu
3. Copy url
4. Click to menu
5. Search
6. Paste url

Just discovered account switch in Android Gmail is just a vertical swipe on the account icon. How cool is that!?

Hi, recently picked up Phanpy and I love it. A minor annoyance that's easy to fix is that to switch accounts you need to click on the account name. Clicking on the avatar doesn't do anything, in contrast to the feeds where clicking on someones avatar open the profile preview/pop-over.

I'd like to suggest the small improvement that if you click on the avatar of one of your accounts in the account list, Phanpy also switches to the account.

Also reading @strk's remark, I discovered that on desktop you can right-click on your current avatar to directly open the account list, which is very nice. 👍
