Describe the bug Filters and Mutes only apply to either a Trending column or the Explore page when the instance is the same as the logged in account.

  • Which site: phanpy.social
  • Which instance: mstdn.social

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Navigate to Explore page under an instance different to your accounts, or create a Trending column and do the same thing.
  2. See error

Expected behaviour Filters and Mutes apply to Trending columns and Explore page across all selected instance.

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
  • Browser: Waterfox
  • Version: G5.1.9

@chrishazfun sorry this is not possible for now as the filters and mutes are stored/synced server-side in your logged-in instance. I'm also not planning to store them client-side as I suspect they can get quite complicated 🙏
