Add multiple UI languages

It is an important thing to have multiple languages to be possible to set as UI language.

If Phanpy ever gets a multilingual translation system, I'd be interested in contributing to its Korean translation.

I love Phanpy and think this issue is important to many people. I'm going to try to contribute by myself using the preact-i18n library. I will also create the labels for the Spanish language
