Remove column count limit

Problem I have

Currently, phanpy limits the number of columns/shortcuts to 9. I heavily make use of user lists to bin my timeline and a horizontally scroll-able column view as my default view. I have more than 9 lists.

Solution I'd like

Remove limit from column count or set it to a high number.

I use feature on Twitter as well but it's critical on Mastodon to avoid super-poster drown out.
