Take photo and Add media menu actions are swapped

Bug description

When creating a new post, clicking on "Take photo or video" opens the gallery and clicking on "Add media" opens the camera. I believe the menu actions are swapped.

To reproduce

1. Click on the feather to open the new post dialog
2. Click on the plus button
3. Click on "Take photo or video"
4. The gallery will show up instead of the camera

Also happens when clicking directly on the camera icon.
