keyboard shortcut accidentally triggers when using Cmd-L to switch to location bar

Bug description

I frequently accidentally "like" a toot as I'm leaving phanpy, because I use Command-L to switch to the location bar on my browser to type in a different URL, and that is triggering the 'L' command to send a like.

To reproduce

1. Interact with any toot (like opening a CW)
2. Hit Command-L

Expected behavior

Key chords that execute browser commands shouldn't also trigger the keyboard shortcuts. (Maybe actions that remove keyboard focus shouldn't trigger?)

Maybe this is a browser bug? (That is, if it's impossible for the application to distinguish these cases.) If so, let me know and I'll help file the issue there instead.
