Support shortcuts to profiles

Problem I have

The experimental shortcut feature supports shortcuts opening specific hashtags. It would be nice if one could similarly define a shortcut to a particular user's profile.

Alternatives considered

• It is of course always possible to open a profile without a shortcut.
• One could also use a list containing only that user. (But that is not only more tedious but interferes with other list handling.)
