Raise or remove media processing timeout

Problem I have

Videos often take my server more than 60sec to process so they time out and can't be uploaded using Phanpy

Solution I'd like

Is there a reason there needs to be a timeout? How about no timeout but a cancel upload button? Alternatively, a longer timeout..

@cheeaun, how about raising the timeout to 180 seconds? I'm hitting this again, unable to upload a video in Phanpy
