[Feature] Allow setting image focus point when composing a post

Problem I have

Most Fedi clients offer the possibility to set a focus point for images which influences how clients that show cropped preview images crop the image.

Phanpy seems to currently lack this feature.

Solution I'd like

Allow to set a focus point for images in the Edit Image Description window.
