Hashtags in Shotcuts are CaseSensetive

To reproduce

Add #hashtags to Shotcuts its show not all, only with the exact same capitalization

@sandboxgangster your instance (social.grautier.com) seems to give me 404. I'll need to know what's the server software used.

Oh sorry, a typo domain is social.grautier.eu Software is GoToSocial v0.18.1+git-1bf40e7 (0.18.3)

I have just noticed the same thing. I feel like this is new behaviour, but I can't prove that.
