Support quoting snac2 posts

Problem I have

Currently, when a post links to a snac2 post, it doesn't show up as a quote/citation in Phanpy, only as a regular link (with preview).

Solution I'd like

Support quoting snac2 posts the same way Mastodon (and other) posts are supported. The URL of the post should probably match /\/[^\/]+\/p\/\d+\.\d+$/.
