Timeline UI enhancement
Problem I have
I find when I'm scrolling the timeline on a mobile device, tapping the small submenu items is difficult and imprecise, and the extra clicks to get to boosts, or especially having to dig into a profile to find a report button is frustrating.
Solution I'd like
I'm wondering how complicated a UI enhancement option such as this pictured would be? Moving the interaction buttons out of a sub menu and under the profile picture of the poster, the common interaction buttons as well as muting, blocking, or reporting would be easier to get to,perhaps the boost\quote and block\report still subgrouped under the icons. Might also consider a toggle to move this bar from the left side to the right for the mobile interface to allow for right or left handedness. For example, look at where your thumb rests when you're holding your phone in one hand.

Image description: same as above but with the interaction submenu opened, and the vertically aligned are the different fav, boost, comment, mute, block transposed under the profile picture on the left side
I think this could take advantage of some the of the existing space in UI and make it easier to interact with on mobile devices.

This will be complicated if the post is shorter.
Would it make sense to have the icons by themselves collapse like the 'read more' on long posts, and expand past the post, or just expand a shortpost if tapped?
Maybe implement like telegram on hover (and/or hold) on specific place?
On hover and holding in specific place menu is appearing (right down corner, heart)
Hover on appeared menu to get more actions
If possible also implement as Sharkey (or *key that supports Mastodon API) reaction menu
Or something more simple like this (emoji icon for *key reactions)
