Add option to automatically expand content warnings

I personally don't need content warnings so in the official (not really official I guess) client I check the option to automatically expand all content warnings. It would be great to have this option in phanpy.

Adding to that one: I use a server that is subscribed to several Lemmy groups, and those are displayed rendering the article's title as a content warning by default. Adding a way to default opening all content warnings for specific accounts, or types of accounts, would make this usage case less cumbersome to use

@csolisr if you're on Mastodon and have set the options to expand posts marked with content warnings in the Preferences on your instance's web UI, Phanpy should be able to respect that setting by now 🙏

Adding onto this, it'd be awesome to have the ability to toggle this temporarily or per-browser without having to muck with the server settings. Often I want this on when I'm browsing in public but don't when I'm on my PC at home and it sucks to have this be a global switch that I have to go back to my masto instances settings to configure. (Same deal with the sensitive images setting, tbh.)
