How generate the routes.min.json file

Hello everybody.

I'm exploring the "BusRouter SG" awesome project for possible integration. I don't understand how to convert the https://data.busrouter.sg/v1/routes.geojson file to https://data.busrouter.sg/v1/routes.min.json.

How is produced the conversion? Is there any script to do this?
