Random IllegalStateException with getInstruments api

I get a random and hard to reproduce **IllegalStateException** errors with calls to the api **GetInstruments**. Retrying the same , works. Yarn install fails due to a conflicting versions of "Vuetify-loader" package in dependencies and in "devDependencies" section.
