Support for size-variable RSEQ

Mathieu Desnoyers's patchset to "Extend the rseq ABI to expose NUMA node ID, mm_cid, and mm_numa_cid fields" has been merged into the tip kernel tree. If it gets into a linux release we should make sure CRIU supports it.
