how to debug the restful api, getting 403 when fetching engine server

@tuhaolam sorry for the delay, we will be monitoring issues more closely moving forward.

Are you still experience this behavior? If your engines are responding with 403 and your manager is also experiencing degradation of engines, you should open a support ticket through formal Checkmarx support channel.

No, I haven't seen a 403 forbidden from the engines..
