feat: add heartbeats checks

What problem does this feature solve?

Checkly releases a great new feature Heartbeats Checks and we would love to use it with pulumi.

How would you implement this feature?

I can see it is already in version 1.6.8+ of the terraform provider and it looks like the pulumi provider is based of the terraform provider. I couldn't find any instructions on how to sync the pulumi provider to the latest terraform provider as that would give me the opportunity to attempt to create a PR for this.
