Spotlight on non-compliant SLIs

It would be extremely useful if it were possible to define an SLA and highlight non-conforming SLIs. Both in the dashboard and in the administrative console. Today the results are confused and scrambled . Or a filter excluding SLIs above the SLA.

@szimbaro this is very interesting and has my attention. We do not have a solution for this yet, but it is a very common ask we get more often. Labeling this now with SLO
