Allow API import from local file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are using AWS API Gateway to create APIs. From there, we can export the APIs to an OpenAPI/Swagger file. However Checkly only allows importing these definitions via a public URL, which we can't supply.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow choosing a local file when using the "import from Swagger / OpenAPI" Button.

Describe alternatives you've considered Allow pasting text in the Import flow.

Thanks for posting @malteml, this makes sense. We'll keep that in mind as we improve the check creation workflows. No ETAs at this point, but I'll update the ticket here when there's news.
