Ability to receive notifications about checks in CICD (Vercel)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No. But I can not receive any notification/email when one of my checks fails in CICD pipeline (for example Vercel).

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be get notified about my failed checks that occured the in pre-production environment. I think it has a critical value. Also, it is important for testing environments because we will be easily following which deploys are successful and okay. Apart from these, not only getting notifications about fails but also getting notifications about successful checks in CICD environment would give confidence to the tech team.
