Push failed checks at the top of the public Dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I think it would be more interesting if the checks in error were displayed at the top of the list of checks.

Even if there is a block that summarizes the number of checks in error, you sometimes have to navigate through the pages to find out which check is in error, which is really not practical.

Describe the solution you'd like Just display with a higher priority the checks in a failed state.

Describe alternatives you've considered It could be configurable, but errors in first seem a reasonable default value.

We plan to have ~150 apis checks in 20-25 check-groups.
