Fix lifecycle methods not firing on dynamic pages

Right now, the dynamic page is mounted, however, its lifecycle methods do not fire. I did a little bit of poking around for a fix on the canary branch but nothing is taking yet. Need to spend more time looking at the dynamic_page method and how it interacts w/ the component lifecycle.
