joystick start deployment

Partially formed idea. Running into a situation where a bigger app is using multiple Joystick apps with one main app and several other "microservice" apps. Right now you have to start them one by one which is okay, but it'd be helpful if you could define a config of some sort that automatically starts everything together. Something like joystick.deployment.json at the root of some folder where sub-folders are the actual Joystick apps.
