Add support for an SQLite database

Just had a passing thought that this should be possible without a lot of headaches. Only thing I can think that'd be problematic would be a driver to load the file messing up dependencies.

As for a "why," this would allow Joystick to be used to build embedded apps for things like Raspberry Pi.
