NextJS: Upgrade to version 14

Overview

While NextJS 13 will be supported for the forseeable future, we should consider upgrading to NextJS 14 to leverage NextJS's newest features and 14's stronger support for bug fixes and security patches.

• [ ] Follow this guide to upgrade to 14: NextJS Docs: Upgrading to 14
• [ ] Run all tests and report any errors here. If there are many or highly complex errors, we will open new issues for them. Otherwise, please resolve these errors.
