Describe the bug

I am using chatwoot to received Whatsapp message from twilio. Then I added webhook to trigger when messages in created. When User sent attements files in message, its avaiable on chatwoot chat view but are not delievered in webhook content.

It was working on old versions but stopped working last month 3.5 onwards.

To Reproduce

using Docker evenironment Inbox Twilio Whatsapp

Expected behavior

Webhook deliever message content and attachments.

@spanjeta There is not enough information here to debug what is going on. Can you please share a sample payload / screencast explaining the issue in detail?

sidekiklogs.txt I have attached logs showing Webhook content and data_url ( attachment file) is not avaiable in Webhook content.

NO response. Webhook for message create doesn't include the attachments.
