Optional CSAT to each conversation

Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

CSAT is enabled in the inbox so I can't send it manually or anything like that. There are clients that I prefer not to have the CSAT because it is just a question, or I was the one who started the conversation, or sometimes the client said “ok, thank you” after I resolved the previous conversation.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have the option "resolve without CSAT" in the conversation, or add the CSAT option in the macros, those are ideas.

This client sent a message after I resolved the conversation and sent the CSAT, if I resolve it again the CSTA is sent again

This would also be quite useful for us. We don't enable CSAT on emails as not every customer interaction should receive CSAT (ie spam, supplier billing/communications) . The workaround is snoozing ones to avoid sending CSAT, but it's not a great solution.
