[CW-1471] Select a live chat widget for the help center
Will the conversation continue?
domain.com, support.domain.com - Do we continue? - will take it as a separate discussion.
Do we show the chat upfront or do we show the link at the end of the article?
Have a header which shows "talk to us" and at the end of the article show the prompt to start a conversation if the query is not resolved.
The portal should promote self-serve, so the idea here should be limit the interaction and help them find the answers themselves.
- API to update the attribute on the help-center selecting the live chat widget.
- Deploy the script on help center and update the design to include the talk to us / start a conversation sections.
