Yes, I want to be able to create several chatbots and each one with a conversational flow pope, the closest I think is ManyChat, which has an interface where we can choose what the chatbot can do. @ChrisvanChip

The interface, has to be simple and functional, as the friend commented and referred.

I have also been waiting for this. I heard last year that this was in the plans. Is it still so? @pranavrajs @sojan-official Other major chat platforms has this built in and I personally think this is an important feature that is lacking in Chatwoot.
Probably not, otherwise I think they would have reassured it. The plans of developing this was one of the reasons why I chose Chatwoot over a competitor, as it seemed like Chatwoot was in the forefront of developing a great and solid product with essential features. Since then, the tables have turned. It seems like the focus is more on ticketing functionality and other things.
