Add AWS SNS support for SMS channels

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. Our company already uses AWS quite a lot and we would like to use its SNS service for SMS channel.

Describe the solution you'd like Please add AWS SNS as a sms channel source alongside Twilio and the others.
