Portals

• A Help Center in Chatwoot is known as a portal.
• An account in Chatwoot can have more than one portal.
• Each portal is identified by a unique slug in the URL. By default Chatwoot provides a public URL in the format <installation-url>/hc/<slug>. Users can add their custom domains to a portal.
• A portal can be made available in more than one locale. A default locale is available for a portal.
• Each portal will have a published status, and a portal can be archived which moves it to an unpublished status. (Can be moved to v2 if needed)
